Charles 0. W. McVey Sr, age 77 died December 1, 2021, in his home with his extended family Emma and Cassy Verley
Born December 6, 1943, to the late Emma (Bryant) Mcvey and James Forest McVey in Hamilton, Ohio. Charles graduated from Hamilton City Schools.
He was a veteran of the US Army served during Vietnam War. He spent 30 years defending and serving a country that he loved. He carried the rank of Sargent in the US army upon retirement. He was vocal advocate of his fellow vets and always supported his country.
Charles was preceded in death by both of his parents, Mary Caroline Fagaly, Betty Jean Combs, and Stella Marie Gray, and many aunts and uncles.
Charles is survived by his three brothers Andrew (Kathy) Bauer, David Bauer, and William Bauer, his son Charles (Kara) McVey Jr, three daughters Angeleen (Jon) Gibbs, Rosaleen (Gregory) Willis, Brenda (Gabreil) McVey, and 5 granddaughters Heather R. Willis, Samantha R. Willis, Ruby N. Harris, and Aleza R. McVey, and Joelynn Rojas-Silva and many nieces and nephews.
