Connie Martin

Connie Martin of Clifton, CO passed away July 24th, 2015 at Hope West Hospice.

Born February 17th, 1943 in Vallejo, CA, the second daughter of Russell and Ruby Pierce.

She married Raymond Martin on August 13, 1966 and to this union three children were born to add to the other two children each had.  She was an avid homemaker, hardly working outside the home so she could raise her seven children and enjoy Herb Alpert and Don Ho and 50's and 60's music!  Later, after the kids were grown, she worked in the food industry at Mesa State College as the cashier at the cafeteria.  Many college students were welcomed by her sweet smile and quiet demeanor.

Survivors include her husband of fifty years, Raymond and children RaeAnn (Neal) Fehringer-Billings, MT, Kenya(Gary) Morese, Craig, CO, Vince (Ronda) Martin-Saratoga, WY, Joe (Joy) Ansell, Clifton, Co, Robin (Orlan) Dove, Parachute, CO, Raymond Martin Jr., Clifton, CO, Brian Martin-Grand Junction, CO.  Also many, many grand children and many great grandchildren.

At her request she was cremated at Kevin Brown's Cremation and Funeral Service, funeral services will be held at a later date.
