Born in Fredrick, CO, joined the Navy in 1967. He worked 25 years for Coors Brewing Co. He and his wife, Debi owned several bars and restaurants until retirement.
He is survived by his wife Debi, son Chad, daughter Tami (Dan) Tye, stepdaughter Hope Gregory, stepson Ron (Diana) Gregory Jr. Grandchildren; Dean and Dalton McGaughey, Thomas McNeil, Branden, Maree, Jacob, Logan and Trey Gregory, Michael and Adriana Frain. Proceeded in death by his parents Baynaird and Thelma McNeil, and granddaughter Alisha Frain.
Rick will be honored on April 2, 2018 at 1:00pm at the VA Memorial Cemetery during the veterans quarterly ceremony.
