Samantha Beach

Samantha Rose Beach-Sparks, age 24, of Grand Junction, CO, died Monday, October 17, 2016 at her residence.

She was born February 17, 1992 in Rock Springs, Wyoming.  During grade school, the family lived in Green River, Wyoming, and moved to   Grand Junction where she attended Jr. High and High School.

At an early age, Sammy fell in love with gymnastics.  Her every thought and breath involved gymnastics and she imagined herself someday participating in the Olympics.

Sammy was always a good student and graduated early because of her excellent grades.  Currently, she was attending business college and would have graduated this year.

She was a friendly and outgoing “people person”. Never selfish, she was always kind and thoughtful.  Beautiful inside and out, she had a knack for doing hair and makeup on herself and others.

A woman of many talents, Sammy had the most amazing voice.  We often said she should be on Stars!  She loved long-boarding and camping, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her fiancé, Randy Sparks, her mother, Leslie Koenig, both of Grand Junction, father, Samuel Beach, of Kentucky, Step-father, Jeff Koenig, Grand Junction, sisters, Alexis Beach and Kimberly Koenig, both of Grand Junction, and step-brother, A. J. Koenig of Denver, two nephews, Jace Beach and Alex Amos, and one niece, Bella Koenig, all of Grand Junction.  Also left behind but not forgotten, her beloved miniature greyhound, BeeBee.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2 P.M. at the Chapel of the Canyon View Vineyard Church, 736 24 ½ Road, Grand Junction.
